This is unfair. How can dead Elyos make so much more trouble than live ones?

We're establishing our presence on the Twilight Battlefield. When my scouts found a lightly defended Guard Tower there, I seized the opportunity.

Only two Elyos scholars and a Shugo merchant there, my scouts said. A squad of Asmodae's finest should sledgehammer it.

• "But they couldn't?"

No! It turns out the place is crawling with Elyos ghosts, and our squad took a shameful beating. The Twilight Battlefield saw some grisly fighting in the early years of the war, and the ghosts of Daevas who were Vanished then still wander it.

A lot of Daevas--some ours, some theirs--died on that field. But the Elyos ghosts have gathered near that tower. Teach them a good lesson, Daeva. I want you to drive them out completely from the Twilight Battlefield.

• Accept.
• Decline.

As you approach the tower, you’ll see Asmodian ghosts roaming the Twilight Battlefield.

Ignore them if you can. Focus on the Elyos ghosts... Eternal Warriors and Eternal Soldiers.

Take care of yourself.

May the protection of Azphel be with you!

• "Shadow guard us all!"

Elyos ghosts are interfering with action against an Guard Tower. Help Lirhel by destroying the Eternal Warriors and Eternal Soldiers that are roaming the Twilight Battlefield.

When they put me in command, I had no idea how much work it is, keeping a unit in fighting shape.

That’s why your assistance is crucial.

Bah, I talk too much, and I know you’re busy.

So give me a quick report: did you exorcise those wretched Elyos souls roaming the Twilight Battlefield and get rid of the Eternal Warriors and Eternal Soldiers?

• "Task accomplished!"

You are indeed as mighty as your reputation suggests.

Once I get some reinforcements, we'll tear down that Guard Tower. Clear the tower, and we can take Twilight Battlefield. Take Twilight Battlefield, and we can take...

You get the idea. And if you venture out there again, don't be shy about reducing the ghost population. Every little bit helps the war effort, eh?

Lirhel said Elyos ghosts repelled the squad she sent to demolish the Guard Tower on the Twilight Battlefield. She asked you to deal with the ghosts.

After you vanquishing the fighters and foot soldiers of Eternity as Lirhel instructed, she said that the ghosts will require periodic culling.
