Update 5.0 adds Combat Talent rewards and changes how equipment contributes to it. This guide covers the leaderboard rewards, the level rewards, the enchantment bonus and the rules for two weapons and shields.
Leaderboard rewards
- The Combat Talent leaderboard now pays ranking rewards. They update every day at 9 AM server time, and rewards you did not claim that day are removed.
- Ranks 1 to 300 receive rewards server-wide, with all classes combined.
- Ranks 1 to 20 receive rewards on each server for each class.
- A symbol for your rank appears before your character name in chat.
- On the integrated battlefield server, Combat Talent rankings and their rewards can now be claimed.
- The Abyss and Combat Talent ranking season is reset with the update.
- The
Combat Talent Honour Chest now holds 2 
[Supply] Raccoon Coffee in place of 3 [Supply] Masterwork Meal.
Level rewards
- Item and Combat Talent rewards are granted for the level and experience you reach.
- At certain thresholds an icon appears on the lower XP bar. Click it to claim the reward.
- The rewards start at level 69.
- Rewards from earlier levels that you did not claim are granted automatically.
What adds Combat Talent
- Enchantment gives more. The bonus points per enchantment level changed, and levels 7 to 14 now give more points.
- Equipment of item levels 50 to 54 has the same Combat Talent points as level 55 equipment, and Combat Talent values for level 55 and level 58 were added to items such as
Master Carved Ferronite Longsword, 
Master Carved Solarium Orb and 
Master Carved Durable Corundum Ring. - Title descriptions now include Combat Talent values.
- A shield now adds its reinforcement synergy and Combat Talent even when no weapon is equipped in the right hand.
Two weapons and two-handed weapons
- With two one-handed weapons, or a weapon and a shield, the notes state that the lower Combat Talent value of the equipped piece applies at 100 percent, and that both sides each apply at 100 percent.
- With a two-handed weapon, the Combat Talent value of the secondary weapon carries over at 100 percent.
- The physical attack and Magic Boost that enchanting adds to the off-hand weapon apply to the main weapon at 100 percent.

When do leaderboard rewards arrive? Every day at 9 AM server time. Claim them the same day, because unclaimed rewards are removed.
From which level do level rewards start? From level 69, through the icon on the lower XP bar.
Do rank rewards depend on my class? For ranks 1 to 20 they do, on each server. Ranks 1 to 300 are ranked across all classes together.
