You've been so kind to me, Daeva--to all of us. Most shun us, but you've helped us whenever we asked you.

I count myself lucky to have met you, and I consider you a friend....So I hope I can count on your help with a delicate and dangerous problem.

• "What is it?"

This isn't something we can talk about around here. But if you're willing to speak privately...

• "Of course."

Do you know the waterfall upstream from Gribade Crater Lake? Meet me just inside that waterfall.

No one will be able to overhear us there.

• Accept.
• Decline.

Thank you, Daeva. I knew you wouldn't let me down!

I'll see you inside the waterfall.

• "I'll see you there."

Germir plans to disguise himself as a Shugo and escape from Asmodae. Escort him safely to the Trader's Berth.

Daeva, you're here!

Don't be alarmed--it's only me, Germir! A good disguise, isn't it?

Please promise you won't tell anyone what I'm about to say to you.

• "I'll keep your secret, Germir."

I believe you will, Daeva. So here's the truth of the matter.... We are not Gergers, but Daevas. And not just Daevas but Daevas of Elysea. We came to Asmodae long ago through a rift.

Most of my companions died fighting the Archons, but we few survived. We changed our form to preserve our lives. Eventually we learned the Asmodian language.

The others no longer want to go home, but I have not endured these trials in vain. I must find a way to return to Elysea.

• "What? That's...unbelievable!"

Daeva of Asmodae, please...look upon me as a friend in terrible need, rather than your enemy.

Are we not all Daevas of Atreia, united in eternal battle against the Balaur?

Please, help me return home to Elysea.

• "Tell me how I can help."

Thank you, Daeva. You're a true friend.

I plan to go to the Trader's Berth disguised as a Shugo, and stow away on a ship to the Abyss.

If you would guard me as I make my way there, come to the entrance to Seggurheim by cover of night. I'll be waiting for you.

• "Until nightfall, then."

I'm so glad you've come, Daeva. You've saved my life. I'll never forget it.

• "I did what a friend should do."

I'll remember your kindness and courage with every breath I draw back in Elysea.

Take me to Babarunerk in the Traders Berth, and I'll be on my way home at last.

• "Let's go, then."

Azphelumbra, Daeva! Babarunerk been waiting for you.

Germir spoke of brave Daeva he hoped would help him. Even for Daeva, must not been easy, nyerk.

• "He's my friend."

True, but other Daevas and Archons not be happy to hear, akakakak. No worries, Daeva--Shugos always keep secrets.

Germir gave Babarunerk this before he left. He said to give to Daeva.

Germir asked you to meet him inside a waterfall near Crater Lake. There he told you that he is a Daeva of Elysea, and asked you to help him escape Asmodae.

You agreed to help, and escorted Germir to the Trader's Berth.
