This area is a blasted nightmare. The heat wrecks equipment and I'm drowning in sweat.

Even my eyesight is suffering. These heat waves, after a while you get dizzy, start seeing mirages.

My eyes keep playing tricks.

• "There are beasts who do that."

Yes. The Blazing Obscuras. They're the worst!

Not only are they tough to kill, they'll drive you mad. But I'm not allowed to chase 'em. Just suffer nobly in silence.

Daeva, how'd you like some quick Kinah?

• Accept.
• Decline.

Be careful. The Blazing Obscuras are shapeless fiends, just licks of flame and dancing heat.

They move fast, and strike faster. Stay sharp, and always keep your weapon drawn.

Blood for blood, Daeva. I'll wait here for you.

• "Shadow guard you."

Obscura attacks are harming Embla's eyesight. You decided to help her out by hunting them.

I almost somersaulted off a cliff into lava just now. My eyes are like boiled eggs!

Have the Blazing Obscuras been destroyed? I don't want to go blind.

• "You should feel a difference."

Thank you! Wretches were just the last straw.

Hopefully my sight will return to normal soon, and I'll stop stepping into holes. Have this, for your time.

Embla's studies on Mt. Musphel were increasingly frustrated by Blazing Obscuras that blurred her vision.

You exterminated the Blazing Obscuras, so she can navigate safely again.
