Daeva must listen well. Garkbinerk will only say this once.

Information on Vindachinerk is highly valued, yes? Carries a significant fee, and Black Cloud Merchants always collect.

But since Numonerk sent you...you must tell no one of this.

• "I understand."

Wise Vindachinerk is here. In Reshanta. Such a skilled Shugo is sought by many and must be protected.

Daeva can do this, yes? If not, give up now!

• Accept.
• Decline.

Vindachinerk is wise and knowledgeable. Only eats nutritious food. Ksellid Whiskers are his favourite.

If Daeva brings those to the Ruins of Roah, the The Shattered Temple, or the Soul Stream, Daeva will have chance to speak.

Vindachinerk moves often. Daeva should wait in one place, rather than search all three.

• "Thank you!"

You are told that you need a present to win Vindachinerk's favour. As Garkbinerk recommended, collect whiskers from Steelback Ksellids since they are so nutritious, and give them to Vindachinerk.

Who are you, Daeva? Strangers do not come here.

This is no place for you.

• "I have both a gift and a tale for you..."

Daeva brings the Steelback Ksellid. Only the Black Cloud Merchants could have sent you, but who is this Yiemyerk?

No Shugo uses that name in Reshanta.

Perhaps Daeva has been tricked, or is tricking? Vindachinerk has little patience for kidnappers.

• "It's nothing like that."

Daeva brings whiskers from an Steelback Ksellid, so must have come from the Black Cloud Merchants.

Always there are Ksellid whiskers. Once Vindachinerk ate such things, but now they are of no value.

Daevas who offer nothing to trade will be paid in kind.

Garkbinerk gave you a tip about Vindachinerk, stressing that she did so for free only because Numonerk requested that she help you.

At her recommendation, you collected the whiskers of an Steelback Ksellid in Eltnen and gave them to Vindachinerk. However, Vindachinerk said that the Black Cloud Merchants had sent so many people with Ksellid Whiskers that he is no longer interested in them.
