I asked Merhen to recommend a skilled Daeva for a mission related to the Divine Fortress.

We recently discovered a passage there that leads to a location that's almost like a small Abyss, probably made by the Balaur.

We're calling it an Abyssal Splinter. But even though we have a name for it, we haven't determined what's inside.

• "You want my help?"

Yes, we're looking for a Daeva who can carry out a series of missions in this Abyssal Splinter.

Exactly what's in store for you, I can't say. All I know is we need a Daeva who can handle new situations.

Since Merhen recommended you, I suppose I won't find anyone better. Daeva, would you like to help?

• Accept.
• Decline.

If you head under the Divine Fortress, you'll meet Gwal. He manages the passage to the Abyssal Splinter.

Just tell Gwal you're there to carry out a mission and he'll show you what to do.

Good luck, Daeva.

• "I won't need it."

A passage that leads to a small Abyss called an Abyssal Splinter was discovered at the Divine Fortress. Meet Gwal and get the details.

Vare told me you were coming, so I've been waiting. Quite a while, too.

I asked around about you once I found out your name. Everyone was quite complimentary.

I guess I must be lucky, getting help from a competent Daeva like you, Daeva.

• "I'm not anything special."

Vare said that a passage leading to a small Abyss called an Abyssal Splinter was discovered in the Divine Fortress.

Gwal needs someone to explore this Abyssal Splinter, so you went to the Divine Fortress to offer assistance.
