For the Eyes of Daeva Only:

The ‘Balaurea Observatory Plan’ continues to unfold.

But to truly make progress we must continue to ensure the cooperation of Archons at each key fortress.

We continue to believe that Silentera Canyon holds the key to our success.

Today, we need to contact an ally named Kirhua at the Temple of Scales.

Infiltrate Inggison and then take his message to a Gelkmaros Branch Member.

Confidence is key.

May the blessings of Aion’s Tower be with our members.

• (Crumple the letter.)

A letter has arrived from the Protectorate. Follow its instructions.

Welcome to the Temple of Scales.

No, relax. Despite the fierce battle outside, in here you're safe.

Of course, no doubt you wish you were back out there...in the field....

• "Yes, but I'm here for a message."

Many organisations remain interested in the Temple of Scales, including the Protectorate.

I have recently been approached by others, promising victory, honour, fortune...

However, I remain in cooperation with the Protectorate because I still believe their goal makes sense.

I will send a current report forthwith.

In the meantime, tell a Gelkmaros Branch Member that we still walk in Azphel’s shadow.

• "Understood. Thank you."

Oh, it’s you, Daeva.

Sorry I didn’t recognise you – the number of Protectorate members in our ranks has risen in recent days.

I’m bad with faces, but I remember names well. Fat lot of good that does me, eh?

• "The Temple of Scales still walks in Azphel's shadow."

Azphel’s shadow... yes, that sounds like the right key to decode his mail.

Thank you for your continued support, Daeva.

With your help, victory is assured.

Here, as always, is your reward.

A letter from the Protectorate asked you to contact an Archon at the Temple of Scales regarding the ‘Balaurea Observatory Plan’.

You met Kirhua and delivered his message to a Gelkmaros Field Agent, who gave you a reward.
