You must have heard of Rentus Outpost before.

After all, you have a close relationship with the Reians, don’t you, Daeva.

Perhaps you also know that they have a massive problem there at the moment.

• You ask what this is about.

I’ve been told that the Balaur have already invaded Rentus Outpost.

But I have yet to hear exactly how the Balaur managed to do that.

All I know for sure is that the people defending the place need help.

Would you take care of things?

• Accept
• Decline

Then go and meet Maios, the Reian elder, as soon as you can.

He’ll be able to tell you more.

But you should know one thing. This mission has to succeed.

If you can deal with the Reian’s problem for them, then they won’t turn against us. And they’ll start to trust us more than the Asmodians.

So you have to succeed!

• You end the conversation.

There’s apparently a problem at Rentus Outpost. Talk to Maios to find out more info.

It’s good that you’re here.

I half thought the Elyos would send you.

I’m sure it wasn’t a hard decision to make, as you’ve developed such close ties.

Right, I’ll briefly tell you what’s happening.

• You keep listening.

The Balaurean Vasharti Legion has attacked Rentus Outpost.

The attack was so sudden that we had no way to start a counterattack, and had to flee quickly.

Some of the soldiers have managed to retreat back to here, but lots of our comrades have been trapped there.

But our most important task is to defeat the Vasharti and oust the army from the outpost.

Seek out Oreitia and find out more details. She managed to make it back here from the outpost.

• You end the conversation.

Daeva? Oreitia.

Excuse me for not engaging in further pleasantries, but I have many close comrades still trapped in Rentus.

If you do not take this situation seriously, you'll have to answer to me.

• You ask how things are at Rentus Outpost.

I hope so. Besides the personal cost, our chances of defeating Tiamat go down sharply with Rentus in the wrong hands.

Its positioning and resources give the Balaur a perfect avenue to strike at us.

I'll brief you more, but then, you must go to Rentus yourself.

You meet with Maios, a Reian Elder, because the Rentus Outpost is having problems.

Maios says that the Balaur legion is attacking the outpost, and asks you to get detailed instructions from Oreitia, who is already part way through retreating.
