Two of the others went out while you were gone. Found a fruit. An Elim fruit.

Think about it. Elim fruit grow once a decade, sometimes once a century, and what do Embla and Utgar want to do with it? Eat it.

Took a drawn blade to stop them.

• "You threatened one of the others?"

I don't care about how things get done, Daeva. I care that they get done. I took the path of least resistance. No one was hurt, and I have the fruit.

Now you need to take it back to its owner. His name's Magni. Poor thing was hit by lightning a while ago, and is going to die.

Give him his fruit back, Daeva. Do the right thing.

• Accept.
• Decline.

Get going then. Magni is in pain, and is slowly but surely dying.

Be respectful to him, offer him the fruit, then leave. If it's not his, then bring it back here.

• "I understand."

Gangleri found a fruit that seemed to belong to Magni. Take it to him.

Such...pain. Burning blisters and seeping... splinters shoot through my nerves.

Everything...is agony. Looking, talking, breathing. Death would be...a sweet release.

A sweet...release....

• "Magni, is this your fruit?"

That...ghhh...that is...my fruit!

It was the last that...I bore...before the accident. It is so...perfect, and I am...so imperfect.

Take it, Daeva. I don't want it...here. It was created by...a different Magni. I am...not him....

Gangleri happened to obtain an Elim Fruit. The fruit reminded him of Magni, who had been transformed into an Agrint and then turned back into a dying Elim after being struck by lightning.

You went to Magni to return the Fruit to him. However, he told you the fruit meant nothing to him, and was willing to let you keep it.
