Eternal Servants is a level 41 Elyos quest in AION Classic 2.7. Complete Eternal Rest first. It rewards 2,183,400 experience, 52,480 kinah and Greater Aether ×10.

Story

The offer

I may not leave my post until I have served everyone under my stewardship.

My lord took in so many refugees of other regions, promising them a portion of land to settle down on at the end of their contract.

  • "This is going to get sad..."

They were all men once like I, men with hopes and dreams for the future. That future was cruelly taken from them by the Krall, and now they are bound here in eternal servitude.

It is not the end they deserve. Were it in my power I would grant them rest, but they no longer listen to my commands.

I am afraid the only peace they can know is the flow of Aether. You would be doing a great kindness by returning them to it.

  • Accept.
  • Decline.

Like others you've encountered, the Undead Labourers and Undead Workers are still unaware of their deaths. Should you try to end their suffering, they will resist you.

Thank you for performing this act of mercy, Daeva.

  • "It's the least I could do."

Journal

Kacias, steward of the Medeus Manor, asked you to put the former servants there to rest. Send them to the flow of Aether and return to him.

Along the way

I hope they did not suffer too much pain.

  • "I ensured their end was swift."

Reward

I thank you on their behalf. The living will never know the agonies we suffer between the domains of life and death.

Completion

Steward Kacias was much aggrieved by the plight of the former manor workers, cursed to labour forever in undeath. You showed them great mercy by returning them to the flow of Aether.
