I know, I know...but we must summon it! The document says the ceremony has to be performed at...

At the Oracular Chamber inside the Beshmundir Temple. Pouring Perfumed Oil over the Altar of Soul Invocation will summon a soul known as Faithful Respondent Utra.

You must do this, Daeva! You must! I am but a Scholar--I will be of little use to you there. It's like Stormwing has chosen you to free him. Will you do it?

• Accept.
• Decline.

Take this...it's Perfumed Oil. I steeped it from the Fragrant Oil Glands you brought back.

Pour the oil over the Altar of Soul Invocation inside the Oracular Chamber. It should summon Faithful Respondent Utra.

If it works and this creature appears, ask it about Stormwing. And find out about the ritual that Isbariya the Resolute was performing. We need to milk this thing for answers.

• "I'm against it, but I AM curious...."

Who hast..awoken me?

I have slept..for many a year...unmolested.

Ask what thou wilt...so I may return to my peace.

• "What is Stormwing?"

Stormwing is... a dragon.

The eternal enemy of... mighty Tiamat.

• "What about Isbariya's ritual?"

Go to the Oracular Chamber in the Beshmundir Temple and summon Faithful Respondent Utra.

I've made what we need. Now we can perform the ceremony to conjure a Drakan spirit!

If my Balaur vocabulary is as sharp as I think it is, the ceremony in this Ancient Dragonbound Document will compel this spirit to tell us the truth about Stormwing.

We have to summon it...it's the only way Stormwing may be free again!

• "It's consuming you, Daeva!"

Locking...Stormwing inside its tomb. Forever.

• "What will happen if the seal should break?"

Awaken Stormwing...it will.

Inggison will perish to...flames.

Destruction be nigh.

• "Return to your sleep, Utra."

Daeva, what's taken you so long?

Did the ceremony work? What did Utra look like? What did he say about Stormwing?

• "Stormwing will bring chaos and..."

Stormwing is the eternal enemy of Tiamat? Must be an amazing creature to be able to challenge a Balaur Lord.

And we... eliminated someone who was trying to keep it sealed in? Oh, Ariel, what have we done?

I'm afraid of what horrors may come, Daeva. I'm afraid of what I may have started.

Pilomenes said you need to go to the Beshmundir Temple and perform a conjuring ceremony to find out what Stormwing is.

The summoned Utra said Stormwing was a dragon that was as powerful as Tiamat, and that Isbariya was performing a ritual to seal the dragon in the temple.

After receiving your report, Pilomenes became extremely worried about the brewing disaster ahead.
