You know, I don't think people understand what's involved in my job. Healing souls is more difficult than it looks. It requires skilled Aether manipulation.

The Obelisk is what channels the Aether, but I have to direct it. Being Human, I can't handle it perfectly, but I can heal souls well enough.

It's much easier, however, when I have items about my person that contain Aether. I wish I had some with me now.

• "What kind of items?"

Well, I've tried a few different things, but then I happened to discover the Crystal Stones. They are only found in Altgard Ice Lake, but they contain many Altgard Crystals.

Altgard Crystals are known for their high Aether content.

• "Sounds easy enough to come by."

Well, yes, it would be if it weren't for all the creatures beyond the gate. Not being a Daeva, I haven't a chance of gathering them by myself.

Maybe you could help me...?

Would you mind collecting Altgard Crystals from the Crystal Stones in the Altgard Ice Lake?

• Accept.
• Decline.

Thank you so much.

When you bring me Altgard Crystals, I will pay you for your time and be indebted to you further still.

I'm counting on you, Daeva.

• "I'll fetch them quickly as I can."

Nemnef needs Altgard Crystals to help her heal souls. Collect the crystals and take them to Nemnef.

Did you collect the crystals?

Please, show me what you've brought.

• "Here they are."

Haven't you left for Altgard Ice Lake yet?

I need the crystals to do my job effectively.

Please go collect Altgard Crystals now, Daeva, like you promised.

• "I'll be right back."

Excellent! This is just what I needed.

I'm so relieved! I won't need to worry about crystals for a while now. Thank you, Daeva.

Nemnef needs items with Aetheric power to help her with soul healing.

She asked you to collect Altgard Crystals, which contain the power of Aether. You collected the crystals and gave them to her.
