Greetings, Daeva. Might I ask what you plan to do with the Kromede's Flame? It's not worth a cracked shard to a Shugo merchant as it is, that much I can tell you.

But if you let me melt it down, I can compound it with the Dagger of the Judge to make one very strong weapon for you.

• "Really? How?"

It requires three items, Daeva.

The first is Kromede's Flame, which you already have. The second is a skilled and accomplished blacksmith...and that would be me, the legendary Ukon.

And the third is the Dagger of the Judge. If you can get that, then I can do the refining for you.

• Accept.
• Decline.

Consider yourself Aion blessed, Daeva. Normally, I wouldn't dirty my apron with an unpaid project like this, but I'm making amends to Ariel for some...late-night indiscretions.

Absolution has its price, eh? And since you're the first Daeva I happened upon, my repentance's bounty falls to you.

You can find the Dagger of the Judge with Kromede the Corrupt at the Fire Temple in Asmodae. You get it, I refine it, and then I'm absolved...just like that!

• "A blacksmith with faith, eh? All right."

If you can get the Dagger of the Judge, Ukon said he would refine it for you with Kromede's Flame.

I told you it wouldn't be that difficult, Daeva.

Now, hand over the Dagger of the Judge and Kromede's Flame and I'll get my anvil prepared.

• "Here's everything you need."

It looks like you have some reservations about my skills, Daeva?

I practically invented the art of blacksmithing...and you're going to stand there and make me explain myself?

Just hand me the Dagger of the Judge and Kromede's Flame, and I'll show you why I am a legend. Oh, and both have to be in your Cube. Don't forget.

• "Let's see the legend in action!"

Whew! Kromede's Flame is a bit tougher to hammer than I had imagined...but it's finished.

Here, take your Kromede's Dagger. Just as I promised...stronger than ever. Don't hurt yourself with it, Daeva.

Once you got the Dagger of the Judge, Ukon said he would strengthen it for you with Kromede's Flame.

Fortunately for you, Ukon kept his word and reinforced the weapon, turning it into Kromede's Dagger.
