Though the pain of...transformation...is great, I will...never regret my words...to Fregion.

The Elim will...never cooperate with those...who destroy nature.

• "Can I do anything to help?"

My Brothers...must never know what happened.... Legends say I confronted Fregion...and survived. This damages his reputation...far more than mine.

The pain is intense...but bearable. But I cannot...repel the Venomthorn Laupedes...in this cave.

Their poison...distracts me from my...contemplation. If you would help...reduce their numbers.

• Accept.
• Decline.

Though I can no longer...call myself...Elim...I am pleased that a Daeva such as you...helps my people.

A Venomthorn Laupede attacks with...powerful poison in each leg.

Be careful, Daeva. The end of your story...may be written...but I would not your days be painful on my account.

• "I'll be fine, don't worry."

Koreumtor, once an Elim but now a Gnarl, is troubled by Deadly Rainbow Laupedes. Exterminate them.

I feel waves...of Aether when you approach...different from the power of...ordinary Daevas.

Your energy is...stronger than any I've experienced since...no, ignore my foolish talk.

Did you use that...power against...the Laupedes?

• "Yes. What were you saying..."

An idle thought. Nothing more. I've already...cast it aside.

A Daeva of Destiny need not...worry about such things. Not when...your greatest works...are yet to come.

One final favour...if you would. Let my appearance be...our secret...my continuing defiance of...the Balaur's power.

Koreumtor, Elim Elder of Wisdom, was turned into a Gnarl by the Dragon Lord Fregion and now lives a secluded life in Marla Cave.

There are Deadly Rainbow Laupedes in the area, and Koreumtor asked you to deal with them.

When you did, the Elder thanked the "Daeva of Destiny," and said your greatest works are yet to come.
