Do you know anything about the Elim? Perhaps you haven't seen one yet.

The Elim are living trees that move and talk. They see themselves as guardians of the land and its creatures.

But ever since the Cataclysm, the environment has turned hostile and they are slowly disappearing from Asmodae.

• "Ironic, but all life is struggle."

The Elim and the Asmodians have long maintained a friendly relationship.

The Elim face the danger of extinction now, however, and we Daevas must do our best to help them.

At the Patamor Thicket, you will see a huge Elim that has turned to stone. One of the three smaller Elim that surround it is named Nabaru. If he asks for help, you should do your best to help him.

• "The task is mine!"

Order: There is a request regarding the Elim. Meet with Centurion Vili.

Hail...Daeva! You find us...in despair.

Elder...Belemu has turned to stone. The three...of us gathered to save him...to no avail.

His essence...is gone.

• "How did this happen?"

Spriggans...they attacked and stole...the essence. We had no...strength...to resist them.

Would you do...us a service...Daeva? Would...you bring the...Essence of Elim back to us?

It would mean...fighting and defeating Spriggan Gatherers...and Spriggle Wardens. If you can...retrieve the essence...we may be able to revive Elder...Belemu.

• "Consider it done!"

Were you...successful? Did you...bring back the Essence of Elim?

• "Here it is. I hope it helps."

If we could...we would do it ourselves...but we must rely on you.

You'll find Elder...Belemu on Hill of Belemu...where the Sprigg Habitat and the Salintus Desert...meet.

Use this Essence of...Elim on the elder. It should...revive him.

• "I'll do my best."

What happened?

Did you revive...Elder Belemu?

• "I tried, but the Essence didn't work."

It wasn't enough...our strength...

I thank you still...Daeva.

Your...help will not be forgotten.

Vili said the Elim need help and sent you to the Patamor Thicket to meet Nabaru.

Nabaru said that Elder Belemu is turning to stone. He asked you to recover the stolen Essence of Elim from the Spriggans and use it on Elder Belemu.

So you did as Nabaru asked, but you could not revive the elder.
