Strange incidents have occurred across Atreia ever since the Cataclysm. They were hardly noticeable at first, but are becoming more serious as time goes by.

Have you noticed the Crimsontail Plumas around the fortress have started to attack people?

• "The ones with the beautiful song?"

Yes, they're the ones. It could be something in their food or water making them violent.

Only the Plumas know for certain. Maybe I can coax some answers out of their Pluma Tail Feathers.

The hollow core is prone to capturing toxins in their bodies. Would you help me out?

• Accept.
• Decline.

The Plumas on the road to the Manduri Forest have been the most violent. Start with them.

While you gather the tail feathers, I will inquire of the other Daevas of Life.

• "As is my duty."

The Crimsontail Plumas have suddenly become violent. Gather their tail feathers and bring them to Gaia so she can investigate the cause.

Did you find the birds and the Pluma Tail Feathers?

I'm ready to start the analysis, Daeva.

Were they as violent as I had heard?

• "Nothing I couldn't handle."

Oh, they must be very violent indeed to best a Daeva like you, Daeva, just imagine how they threaten Human lives.

Please hurry and fetch enough Pluma Tail Feathers for me to analyse.

• "I will get them."

Now I can get to work examining the tail feathers for foreign substances.

Thank you so much for your hard work. You've sped our investigation along nicely.

Gaia wanted to investigate why the Crimsontail Plumas had become violent. You brought her some Pluma Feathers so she could analyse them for contaminants.
