Scourge of the Elim is a level 22 quest in AION Classic 2.7. It rewards 89,600 experience and Lesser Mana Serum ×6.
Story
The offer
Ghhhh...there is pain...welling up inside me....
I may have the sickness, Daeva. It has...killed many Elim already....
- "The sickness?"
We absorb...poison...from the water. The Swamp Slimes...poison it.
I...will be gone soon...and then the others.... Without the Elim...the forest will die.
Please...Daeva. Hunt the Slimes. We may still have a chance...when they are gone....
- Accept.
- Decline.
Thank...you. We are...the guardians of the forest, but you...Daevas...are the guardians of us all.
Travel now to the...ghhhh...Putrid Mire, and kill the Swamp Slimes.
I will hold on...for as long as I can.... Hurry!
- "I will."
Journal
Virdi asked you to kill the Slimes that have started to pollute the Putrid Mire.
Along the way
Please...tell me you've finished the Slimes....
- "I have. You should be all right now."
Reward
Thank you.... The pain was...almost unbearable.
Have this. I owe you...my life. The Elim owe you their...existence.
Completion
Virdi told you that the Elim who took refuge in the Putrid Mire were being killed by the Slimes' poison. Virdi himself was clearly struggling and, in desperation, turned to you for help.
You agreed to work with Virdi and killed the Swamp Slimes.
