The Elyos practically worship their precious sun, almost as much as they do their decadent Seraphim Lords.

Asmodians need no such crutches. Our legs are strong enough to stand on their own, without a sun's blinding light and heat.

The Elyos think their sun makes them blessed. What they don't realise is that it's ultimately their greatest weakness.

• "Wise words."

But their arrogance doesn’t prevent them recognising how weak they are.

So they continue to act up.

Kaisinel’s minion Veille in particular is arrogant and insolent right now.

Are you going to let her get away with that, Daeva with the glowing eyes?

• "She is a fool."

Indeed. However, her just fate will not come without the participation of Daevas like you.

Every time Veille dares show her face on the battlefield, you must show her the true weakness of her people.

Each time you do that, you will receive a favour. With enough favours, you may give them to me for a powerful reward. Are you interested?

• Accept.
• Decline.

I knew you would accept. Your name has reached even my ears, after all. You are destined to do great things for Asmodae.

Go! Even now, Veille's foul presence is being felt. She must not be allowed to harm even one fellow Daeva.

In the name of fate! For Asmodae!

• "For the Shedim Lords!"

Destroy Veille, Kaisinel's agent, and bring the symbol of your triumph to Mastarius.

I've been expecting you, Daeva. I understand you are undertaking great deeds on Lord Marchutan's behalf.

I urge you to continue to do so. Nevertheless, I hope you remembered your promise to me.

If you have fought evil without fear, show me the proof.

• "I have. Here is the proof."

Hrm. It seems you have underestimated the scope of the task. Such misjudgment could mean your premature end, if you're not careful.

The Elyos must be brought to their knees. It will take a good deal more effort on your part.

I know you are not a coward. Do not prove me wrong. Eliminate Veille whenever she dares to appear.

• "She will fall by my hand!"

Ah, excellent. Lord Marchutan will hear your name from my own lips, singing your praises for your service.

You have proved that you stand tall and proud, weathering whatever fate or the Elyos dare to throw at you.

For that, you deserve an appropriate reward. Take this, and wear it in Lord Marchutan's name.

Mastarius wishes to cut the legs out from under the Elyos by bringing down Kaisinel's agent Veille.

You did battle with her, collecting favours in the process. You showed them to Mastarius, who rewarded you with a strong piece of armour.
