Those sneaky Mau down in the Dubaro Vine Canyon are lookin' more and more dodgy every day. I don't like it, not one bit.

See, I've been watchin' the Grey Mane Strongfurs over the last few weeks. I ain't no strategic mastermind or nothin', but I do know when those Mau get trainin', they do it for a reason. Their chief, Hatata the Torturer, is mobilizing his lot for somethin' big...

If I had to guess, I'd say they're getting ready for a raid.... Against us.

• "Ulgorn must hear of this!"

Yeah, I thought so, too. So I went to Aldelle Village, and the boss just says "Nalto, you're a big tough lad, you show them kitties what the raiders are made of!"

Thing is, there's over forty of them Mau down there!

I asked around, but no one else will help out. And here I was, thinkin' this post would be a right old breeze....

How about you? Will you help by takin' out a few of the Grey Mane Strongfurs and maybe even Hatata the Torturer himself? They're all deep inside the Dubaro Vine Canyon.

• Accept.
• Decline.

It’s a relief that the brothers are helping me. Thank you!

I know what you’re capable of, but still be on your guard. Hatata the Torturer and the Grey Mane Strongfur are enemies that should not be underestimated.

Go to Dubaro Vine Canyon before they beat you to it.

• "I'll crack some Mau heads!"

The activities of the Mau in Hatata’s Hideout are suspicious. Kill Hatata the Torturer and his underling for Derot.

Back already, Daeva?

You don’t appear to be injured. What about the others?

Did you kill Hatata?

• "Hatata is dead."

Remarkable! So the rumours are true.

But, Daeva, might I claim to have defeated the pair of them? We did want to help each other.

So, here’s your reward. You’ve no reason to complain.

Derot told you that Mau are gathering at Hatata’s Hideout. He thinks the Mau are planning to attack the village. He was busy, so you killed Hatata the Torturer and the Grey Mane Strongfur for him.
