So many letters coming in lately. "Send us troops!" "We need troops!" "Reinforcements over this way!"

I'd love to help them, but we don't have enough soldiers here as it is. I have none to spare.

Most have been understanding of my refusals, but Ibelia just won't listen.

• "Oh?"

I've sent her an endless stream of replies detailing why I can't help her, but she just won't stop.

Do you think you could go try to explain our situation in person?

• Accept.
• Decline.

Great. You can find her in Vaizel's Peak Encampment.

If you could get through to her without making her angry, that would be best, but do get through to her.

• "I'll do my best."

Ibelia keeps sending letters requesting reinforcements. Go and explain the situation at the fortress.

Hey, you there! Are you looking for work? I could really use some help.

• "Actually, I have a message for you...."

What?! Unacceptable! The whole reason I need reinforcements is because of him!

I can't get any work done with these blasted creatures running around! Ugh!

Barzon said requests for reinforcements have risen, but he doesn't have enough soldiers to spare.

He asked you to speak to Ibelia, who won't let up on her constant requests despite his constant explanation and refusal.

When you spoke to her, she said that it was Barzon's fault that she needed reinforcements, but did not explain why.
