Just a shame to let Kromede's Tear go to waste like that, Daeva. Kromede would probably shed tears to see you just carrying it around like that.

If you refine the Tear with the Spear of the Judge, it'll greatly increase its killing power! Make it damn near indestructible!

• "Will you show me how?"

Well, you'll need three things before we can begin: Kromede's Tear, the Spear of the Judge, and a very gifted blacksmith.

You already have the first item and, with my legendary talent, you have the third thing. You just need the spear. If you can get that, I'll take care of the rest.

• Accept.
• Decline.

You should be thanking Ariel I'm offering to help you, Daeva. I am one of the finest blacksmiths in all Elysea

So good, in fact, that I can both enhance your spear AND tell you where you can find it.

It's with Kromede the Corrupt at the Fire Temple in Asmodae. Easy as buttering a biscuit.

• "It's never that easy, Ukon."

Ukon said he would refine the Spear of the Judge for you if you brought him the needed items.

Did you bring the Spear of the Judge, Daeva?

Give it to me along with Kromede's Tear, and I'll make you a spear that will be the envy of all Elyos.

Come on, come on, before I change my mind.

• "Here's everything you need."

Are you worried that I'll damage your Spear of the Judge?

I...I'm the most famous blacksmith in all Elysea, and you really think that I'll damage it?

Have some faith, Daeva. I wouldn't tarnish my reputation by making you a shoddy weapon. Come to me with the weapon and Kromede's Tear in your Cube and I'll show you what I mean.

• "Let's hope."

Whew! That took a lot out of me! I forgot how much work these long heavy spears can be! Lots of pounding....

But it's finished...take it. Kromede's Spear is complete.

Ukon said that Kromede's Tear would be good for strengthening the Spear of the Judge, and he said he would do it for you if you found the needed items.

You trusted him and gave him Kromede's Tear and the spear. He kept his word and made the weapon stronger, turning it into Kromede's Spear.
