Daeva, have you noticed anything near the fortress since the weather’s got warmer?

Oh, that’s right. The Rive Neokin are becoming more active.

I ignored it at first because I thought it was just temporary, but more and more people are reporting it.

• You ask why it’s happening.

There’s no particular reason for it. It’s because of the warm spring weather. Like it is for us.

But we’ll have a problem if we don’t do anything. I think we need to curb their numbers. Can you help me do that quickly?

Please help me patrol the Sunken Canyon, Daeva.

And please eliminate 20 Rive Neokin there.

• You ask if it’s just the Neokins that you should deal with.

First of all, that’s right.

Their range of activity seems to increase when the weather’s nice, just as ours does.

It looks like the Crestlichs are also approaching the entrance to the village. We’ll have to keep an eye on that until next week.

So, please eliminate 20 Rive Neokin to start with.

The fortress will probably reward you per specimen that you kill. When you get back, I’ll report it immediately and get your reward.

Take good care of yourself.

• You end the conversation.

Defeat 20 Rive Neokins.

Oh! Did you get them all?

To think you managed it so fast…! I wasn’t wrong about you!

The residents can move freely again thanks to you.

• You say you killed the Neokins.

Oh! Did you get them all?

Thank you.

I’ll come back to you, Daeva.

Oh! While I was patrolling Gelkmaros Falls, I found a Saturated Bag.

It looks like it belongs to a Shugo. Could you look for the owner in Gelkmaros Fortress?

You eliminated the threatening Rive Neokins near the village.

You need to make sure that the Rive Neokins don’t get near the fortress again.
