I recently heard something interesting about stigmas. Shall I tell you about it?

I’ve heard that the Balaur in Balaurea have started researching stigmas again.

They haven’t had any major breakthroughs or anything, but we can’t just ignore them.

We’ll need to disrupt their research and find a way to work quicker than they can.

There’s a Balic city in Gelkmaros known as Mitrakand. It’s the Balaurean seat of power in Gelkmaros.

The citizens of Mitrakand use drana cultivation technology as part of their research into stigmas.

It would be very helpful if we could get our hands on the stigma they’re researching, and their research report too.

Get the Mitrakand Stigma Design and the Mitrakand Stigma Dossier and bring them to me.

If the rumours are true, it should be possible to buy the design and the dossier on the market from Daevas who have already conquered Mitrakand.

Get both items by checking the market for them, or by defeating Mitrakand Drakan, then bring them to me.
