The Lepharist Revolutionaries have been stirring up a lot more trouble recently, and it's really making me concerned. Of course, I can't show it--Daevas always have to keep their cool in front of Humans. A loss of morale would have a chilling effect on our citizens.

As cool as the starry winds, my old mentor used to say. We have to keep a calm front around the Humans, even though we are constantly watching for danger. I just wish it were easier to do.

• "Is there a new threat?"

These are the Brigade General's Orders, which Brigade General Suthran wants delivered to the Observatory. They're very important documents. He didn't give out any details, but they seems to plan an attack against the Lepharist Revolutionaries.

Daeva, would you please take this to Neifenmer at the Observatory? I wouldn't trust this to just anyone. Remember, secrecy is of the utmost importance!

• Accept.
• Decline.

Go to the Altgard Observatory in Calderon Hill. Neifenmer will be on guard in front of the Observatory.

Deliver this order to him, and Aion be with you.

• "The task is mine."

You delivered Brigade General Suthran's Order to Neifenmer in the Observatory.

Halt! What brings you to the Observatory?

State your business here, or else be on your way.

• "I have an order from Brigade General Suthran."

You have orders directly from the Brigade General?

Let me see that....It's directed to Aurtri, the Aetheric Field Protector.

Go inside and then move up along the slope. You will find her there.

• "The task is mine."

What can I do for you? Are you here to inquire about the safety of the Aetheric Field?

There are always some who foolishly seek to attack the Observatory, but the Aetheric Field is quite secure, I assure you.

• "I have an order for you."

This is the order sent by Brigade General Suthran? Perhaps this will bring some good news...

You may go now. This information is classified.

Valurion said that the Brigade General's Order should be sent to the Observatory, and asked you to deliver it to Neifenmer.

You met Neifenmer, but he said that it should be delivered directly to Aurtri, the Aetheric Field Protector. So you went into the Observatory and delivered the order to her.
