I thought you agreed with me that Flarestorm must be freed from his Balaur prison?

I told you it might take multiple attempts to return it to the flow of Aether. The poor thing is heavily saturated in their filth.

It can only be resurrected through its pure form.

• "But he's one with the Aether already."

He's only partly one with the Aether, Daeva. He needs to be fully vanquished now.

You'll need the Incinerator Key to free the Spirit. No, this isn't the key you used earlier.... It's special.

I can create the key through magic, but it will require many different items and a lot of concentration. Can you help me?

• Accept.
• Decline.

Get me the requested items.

Eliminate Dracuni and collect their Balaur Scale.

Lastly, pluck the Gryphu's Head Feather from the Steelbeak Gryphu.

I think you’ve already procured most of these already, so it shouldn’t be that hard to do it again.

• "Just make sure it works this time!"

Teressa says it’s incredibly difficult to make a Blue Flame Incinerator key. She needs Balaur Scales and Gryphu’s Head Feathers to make the key.

Oh, it turns my stomach every time I think about that poor Flarestorm still in shackles.

Please tell me that you've found the materials I need, Daeva? I can't stand one more moment waiting....

• "Here's your materials."

Look, just because you already helped Flarestorm once doesn’t give you the right to take this any less seriously.

Let me be honest.

I understand you’ve got a lot on your plate right now. But what did you think it would take to return Flarestorm to the Aether?

Once is certainly not enough. He has been trapped there since before the disaster! It takes a little more to free him. Thousands of individual Fire Spirits, contaminated for centuries...

So, please, bring me the Balaur Scale and the Gryphu's Head Feather so that I can create a key to the Blue Flame Incinerator.

• "Thousands of times? Not for me."

Great, great, you've brought everything I asked for. I can make you a key to the Blue Flame Incinerator now.

(She gathers the items with both hands and chants a spell.)

It is finished. Take this key and open the door to the incinerator now. Flarestorm should be freed and returned to the flow of Aether once you do.

Teressa said Flarestorm has to be returned to the flow of Aether multiple times in order to free it completely.

She said she needed many materials to make an Incinerator Key. You brought her the needed materials, and she made you the key as promised.
