Daeva, I summoned you to give you a special task.

You can reject it – that’s your prerogative – but you are the only trustworthy person.

But it’s not just about our mercenaries. The future of Poeta and the whole of Elysea is on the line.

• You ask what this is about.

Are you know, the Krall wanted to extract the power of Aether from Odium.

I’d thought that our work was done when the solution in the Cauldron was neutralised, but it seems I was wrong.

They have used the Aether to finish the Abyss Gate.

Nobody knows what will happen if they open the Abyss.

Would you thwart the Krall’s plan?

• ‘I’ll do my best!’

Order: The Krall are trying to open the Abyss Gate. Accept Kalio order and destroy the Gate.

Go to Oz quickly. We have no time to lose. He will give you more detailed information.

I trust in your abilities, but do be aware that this job won’t be easy.

May Ariel’s protection go with you.

• You end the conversation.

Welcome, Daeva. I’m relieved to see you.

Let me start by telling you what this is all about. Perhaps the Krall have opened the Abyss Gate already.

But try not to despair too much. There is someone who can help us.

However…

• You ask who that someone is.

It’s Old Pernos.

The Abyss Gate can only be found with the power of a Daeva. Although perhaps not every Daeva is able to do it.

Be that as it may. The priest told me that Pernos was a Daeva.

The only Daeva in the whole of Akarios. He is our only hope now.

• You keep listening.

Go to the Agaric Spore Road and ask Pernos for help.

I’ve met him so many times, and if you ask politely, he will surely hear you out.

You’ll be doing it for Akarios and all of Elysea.

There is no other way.

• You end the conversation.

You again.

I am not here at anyone's beck and call, Daeva, least of all yours.

• "Well, you see..."

So the Krall have opened an Abyss Gate, have they? Well, that certainly explains the changes in the Aether flow. Ok, I'll help you.

Hmm... I see. The Aether has gathered in the Timolia Mine. I believe you'll find your gate there. You should probably speak with Poa--I understand he's stationed in the area.

Oh, and Daeva... good luck.

• "Thank you."

Ahh, what luck! Finally, someone is here to help!

Ino seems to have been captured by the Krall. Please help us.

The Krall’s activities aroused our suspicion, so the two of us started tracking them. Finally, they disappeared into this cave.

I said that we should head back, but Ino went inside to follow them. So far he hasn’t returned.

I’ve been wondering what to do. I can’t kill the Krall on my own, but I can’t leave Ino behind either.

Head into the cave and rescue Ino quickly.

• "I'll look for him. Wait here."

Are you here to free me? My safety is secondary right now.

The Krall are trying to open a gate to the Abyss. They must be stopped.

There was a gate in the cave and the Krall were in the process of activating three Power Generators to open it.

I tried to fight them by myself but I was captured.

Sabotage the Power Generators and make sure that the gate isn’t opened.

If you don’t hurry, Poeta won’t have a future.

• "I'll do it or die trying!"

Daeva! Please tell me you destroyed that gate.

• "It's taken care of"

You did it!

I knew you were good, but single-handedly downing the Abyss Gate would have been a steep challenge even for a Daeva. Perhaps the past Lord Daminu showed you was true after all.

You saved all of Poeta today, and we're in your debt. What's more, you've made our outfit famous!

Here's your reward--Aion knows, you earned it.

The Krall wanted to open the Abyss Gate. With Daeva Pernos’s help, you found out the location of the gate and destroyed the Power Generator, scuppering the Krall’s plan.
