Did you hear that Lepharist Revolutionaries have occupied the Mystic Spring?

The whole of Eltnen is shriveling up, and now they control the only source of water!? Dastardly brutes!

There's also a rumour that they were planning to attack the Observatory in Verteron, and I'm worried that they might get up to similar tricks here in Eltnen.

• "I heard something about that too."

I may be just a Soul Healer, but I'll put on my armour and fight to the death, if it comes to that.

I've been practicing sword-fighting with Kibelle and Dionera, you see.

I even ordered some armour from an Armoursmithing Expert in Sanctum. No use being prepared to fight if you can't defend yourself, right?

• "May I see it?"

Well no. It's not here yet. I wrote and asked him whether he was done yet, but he wrote back saying that he had trouble getting the materials. He even asked if I knew any good sources, just to speed things up.

Thing is, I do know of a good source of platinum, but I can't go and get it myself because I'm on duty. What would happen if someone needed me here, and I was off running around the landscape?

Daeva, would you be interested in earning a reward?

• Accept.
• Decline.

Thank you. It should be simple enough for you to find and dig up some Platinum Ore.

When you’re done, I’ll send it to Sanctum.

The Lepharists might attack at any time, so please hurry!

• "It's a deal."

Tanis ordered some metal armour from an Expert in Sanctum, but the delivery has been delayed because the master ran out of materials. Collect some Platinum Ore, so that Tanis can have his armour made.

Did you bring all the platinum I need?

He said that he would put my order first in line if I sent the materials, but what if someone important orders armour in the meantime?

• "Don't worry. Here's the platinum."

Do you even know how to mine ore?

Hmm, I'm not convinced. If you did, you'd surely have the Platinum Ore by now.

If you don't hurry, the Armoursmith might change his mind.

• "I'll be back soon."

Good job! This is exactly what I need.

Thank you so much. Vulcanus should be able to get to work just as soon as I have this delivered....

Here is the reward I promised you. This means so much to me!

Soul Healer Tanis was worried that Lepharist Revolutionaries might attack the Observatory, so he ordered some armour from an Armoursmith in Sanctum. Sadly, the Armoursmith didn't have sufficient materials to finish the order.

You dug up Platinum Ore for Tanis to send to Sanctum so that he could have his armour at last.
