It's a good idea, and I'm going to jump on it.

What in Kaisinel's unmentionables am I talking about, you ask? Rokoros Village, of course!

It's the perfect place to set up our next Obelisk.

• "Won't the Shulacks object?"

It's perfect.

It's got altitude, won't be easily noticed by the Balaur, and can bring windriding Aether from far away.

• "This is all true."

Those poor Shulacks. I tried to persuade them nicely to please let us put our Obelisk in their village--great idea they had, building that village--but they didn't go for it. So we'll have to install the Obelisks by force.

They asked for it. They should have been more flexible and realised we couldn't be.

I feel sorry for them. But I have no choice. We have to install an Obelisk if we want to defeat Tiamat. You up for making your mark on Inggison?

• Accept.
• Decline.

We need to make an example of Shulack Superior Gangsters, Shulack Superior Posts, and Shulack Superior Patrol if we want to get anywhere with this operation.

We can't simply kill them. No, we need to take something away from them, show their powerlessness before us.

Bring me their Shulack Beards. That should do it, I think. Oh, and we'll need a Portable Aether Refiner when we install the Obelisk, so pick one up while you're away.

• "Make an example, then stop, right?"

Stelvia plans to install an Obelisk in Rokoros Village, but the uncooperative Shulacks need to be...persuaded.

Can you hear me?

Looks like the winds from the valley meet here.

• "I got those Shulack Beards."

What's the matter? Did you leave the fire burning at your last campsite?

Come on! Bring me the Shulack Beards and the Portable Aether Refiner.

• "Right. On it. Sorry."

Ah, you brought a lot of beards.

Ack! And they're sticky! I guess Shulacks don't shower.

Good work, though. We'll have our Obelisk at Rokoros yet!

Stelvia said an Obelisk would do well in Rokoros Village at high altitude, but the Shulacks aren't being cooperative.

You made an example of some Shulacks and brought their beards to Stelvia. She gave you a rich reward for your work.
