To: Daeva

Thanks to the blessing of Lord Kaisinel and the effort of many Daevas, the conquest of Inggison has been a complete success.

The Aether problem has been resolved thanks to the fragment of Aion’s Tower and the Obelisk. Now we should prepare for the next phase.

We have to establish observatories in Inggison.

Some of our members are already seeking out potential locations for an observatory. Please have a look at them.

Please check in with Iaetia at the Inggison Outpost to get an update, which you should then pass on to an Inggison Branch Member.

Aion calls us to act swiftly!

• Fold the order and put it away.

The Protectorate calls for this for the defence of Inggison.

Shh! We must be discreet.

Out here in Balaurea, we don't worry about Lepharist Revolutionaries, but there've been Asmodian sightings.

• "How about the Observatory?"

I just received the order and was about to read it. It doesn’t look like we can build observatories here at the moment.

This place is located near the Illusion Fortress and there’s an Obelisk right outside it, thanks to which there is a lot of Aether here. But the Balaur were using this fortress until recently…

As long as there are traces of Drana energy here, building the observatories is going to be problematic. Please pass that on.

(looking around constantly) I have nothing more to say to you. Go now. The agent hates it when we chat while we’re working.

• "Stay strong."

Isn't it a marvellous day in Balaurea?

Speak up now. What did Centurion Iaetia have to say?

• "Drana energy and Balaur."

Oh, those poor Elyos at Inggison Outpost, living with traces of the Balaur from Illusion Fortress.

Thanks for your efforts, Daeva. I'll let the Order know that Inggison Outpost isn't a favourite contender.

The Protectorate plan to set up Observatories in Inggison and are researching sites for them. You were asked to go to Iaetia and inform yourself about the situation.

You met with Iaetia at the Inggison Outpost, but she didn’t like that as the location for the Observatory.
