To: Daeva

Thanks to the blessing of Lord Kaisinel and the effort of many Daevas, the conquest of Inggison has been a complete success.

The Aether problem has been resolved thanks to the fragment of Aion’s Tower and the Obelisk. Now we should prepare for the next phase.

We have to establish observatories in Inggison.

Some of our members are already seeking out potential locations for an observatory. Please have a look at them.

Find Keios at the Altar of Avarice and let him get you up to speed on the current state of things. Then go and report to the Inggison Branch Member.

Aion calls us to act swiftly!

• Fold the letter and put it away.

The Protectorate calls for this for the defence of Inggison.

Attack, attack, attack. Don't the Balaur and Asmodians ever sleep?

So, what brings you here? You strike me as a free-spirited Daeva...

• "The Alabaster Order sent me."

Arieluma, comrade!

Quietly now. I have been surveying as ordered, and now know this isn’t the place to build an Observatory.

We’re too far out from the Illusion Fortress, there’s not enough Aether, and the attacks are too frequent.

Tell them that we must control Silentera Canyon and even beyond the bulwark, if we wish to build an Observatory at the Altar of Avarice.

Be careful when you leave. Our enemies often lurk in the darkness, seeking to retake the Altar.

• "I'll keep an eye out for them."

You aren’t being followed, are you?

Many members of the Protectorate have been attacked recently, so please take care of yourself.

Well? Did you meet Keios?

How’s the situation at the Altar of Avarice?

• "We need Silentera, beyond the bulwark."

So disappointing. But the Altar of Avarice sits in the middle of a war on two fronts, so it can't be an ideal place for the Aetheric Field Observatory.

Thank you for your efforts. I'll report your findings to the top.

The Protectorate plan to set up Observatories in Inggison and are researching sites for them. You were asked to go to Keios and inform yourself about the situation.

You met with Keios at the Altar of Avarice, but he didn’t like that as the location for an Observatory.
