To: Daeva

Thanks to the blessing of Lord Kaisinel and the effort of many Daevas, the conquest of Inggison has been a complete success.

The Aether problem has been resolved thanks to the fragment of Aion’s Tower and the Obelisk. Now we should prepare for the next phase.

We have to establish observatories in Inggison.

Some of our members are already seeking out potential locations for an observatory. Please have a look at them.

First find Siaqua at the Temple of Scales and let her get you up to speed on the current state of things. Then go and report to the Inggison Branch Member.

Aion calls us to act swiftly!

• Fold the letter and put it away.

The Protectorate calls for this for the defence of Inggison.

Well if it isn’t Daeva!

Yes, I’m Siaqua.

(Looks around sneakily and whispers.) Can I help you?

• "About the Observatory..."

I've been surveying as ordered, but this place isn't the place to build the observatory.

The Aether generated by the Obelisk is barely enough to support the personnel here, and attacks are much too frequent.

Tell them that, unless we have control over Silentera Canyon, building an Aetheric Field Observatory at the Temple of Scales will not be easy.

• "Will do."

Were you followed?

We must be exceedingly vigilant.

There are so many attacks these days, Daeva.

Did you meet Siaqua at the Temple of Scales?

• "That site's not going to work."

Now I can say 'I told you so' to Typhon. I told him we shouldn't be building an observatory under constant attack from all sides.

Hah! What do those boys in Heiron know about Inggison, hey?

The Protectorate are searching for a site to build their Observatory in Inggison. You spoke to Siaqua for an update on the situation at the Temple of Scales.

She said it wasn’t the best place for an Observatory.
