All Fortuneers are advised to read the following proclamation.

1. Name: Twister

2. Charge: Theft and Assault

3. Details of Crime: Twister stands accused of multiple counts of theft and assault against both Guardians and Sapiens. These incidents occurred while the victims travelled through the Wretched Garden after sun's passing. Last known whereabouts: Wretched Garden.

Fortuneers should use the Half-rotten Animal Carcass in the Wretched Garden to lure the Twister in. A generous reward awaits its capture or demise.

- Decreed by Fortuneers Captain, Fortuneers Legion

• "Nothing I despise more than a thief."

A proclamation has arrived from the Fortuneers Legion. Follow its instructions.

Don't let the notion that Twister attacks only because it's hungry dissuade you. We all get hungry at times, but we all don't sneak away with someone else's belongings. Well, we all don't get caught!

It must be killed before it causes any more damage, or before some other fortune hunter takes the bounty!

You're smiling, Daeva. Is there something you're not telling me?

• "Already done."

You're a ray of light in an Asmodian cave, Daeva! I wasn't sure if you had the heart for this one.

I've been listening to Daevas gripe and grumble about lost purses and satchels all day. I was running out of excuses.

You're worth a Seraphim ransom to my organization, Daeva. You'll be paid well today.

A proclamation arrived from the Fortuneers Legion.

You killed Twister, who was wanted for Theft and Assault. The Fortuneers Captain commended your effort and gave you a reward.
