My fellow members of the Protectorate,

Something unthinkable has happened.

A group of Lepharist Revolutionaries attacked one of our high-ranking Daevas and stole an Activity Report.

Luckily, the stolen report is protected by a spell that causes an explosion should an unauthorised person attempt to break its seal...

And now we hear reports of a mysterious explosion.

We call on you, member of the Protectorate of Aion’s Divine Hand, to search the main roads of Inggison for any Report Scraps and bring them to an Inggison Branch Member.

Make haste, for the contents of this document must remain concealed from those who would harm Elysea.

Move quickly! Aion demands action!

• Fold the letter and put it away.

The Protectorate calls for this for the defence of Inggison.

Do you have it?

We need to make sure that no pieces of that Activity Report fall into foul hands.

We can’t afford to overlook a single scrap, as even the smallest detail about the Protectorate’s troop movements could play into the enemies’ hands.

• "They won't; here they are."

Why are you taking so long?

Look, the information officer said there was an explosion on one of Inggison's main roads. Do you like the idea of Lepharist Revolutionaries working so close by?

The Alabaster Order needs you to search for those Torn Pieces, Daeva. Even if you have to search every main road in Inggison.

• "You can count on me."

It’s fortunate that this matter ended the way it did.

The guard of the Protectorate will be strengthened in the future.

Always be on your guard, Daeva.

Here, please take this. This is the reward for your help.

A call to action from the Protectorate said Lepharist Revolutionaries attacked one of their Daevas and stole an Activity Report.

The report was spelled to explode when opened by anyone other than a Protectorate member, and there were reports of an explosion on one of the main roads of Inggison.

You collected the Report Scraps from Inggison and delivered them to Eriphyle or Tersichore for a reward.
