All Fortuneers are advised to read the following proclamation.

1. Name: Balaur Watcher, AKA Needlehorn.

2. Charge: Espionage.

3. Details of Crime: Camouflaged as Needlehorn, this deep-cover Balaur operative obtained and relayed sensitive info about the Inggison Illusion Fortress and its defences.

Anyone who kills this Balaur Watcher and brings its Fake Fin as proof will be rewarded handsomely.

- Decreed by Fortuneers Captain, Fortuneers Legion

• "Damn Bally spies!"

The Fortuneers have sent you a "Wanted: Dead or Alive" proclamation. Follow its instructions.

Arieluma, Daeva.

I can smell the sweet aroma of Balaur blood upon you, Fortuneer! I'd call that a completed bounty.

Did you bring me the fake fin of Needlehorn?

• "Here's your proof."

Daeva, what in the name of all that has Aether are you doing loafing about?

We don't get paid until you fulfil that bounty! Savvy?

I could just as easily issue a new bounty with your name at the top of it! Now, hop to it!

• "I'll take care of it now."

Those Balaur bleed like slugs, don't they? That soft death-whisper they mutter...like music to my ears!

You did a real nice job out there today, Daeva. Here's your cut of the action.

The Fortuneers sent you a "Wanted: Dead or Alive" proclamation.

You killed a camouflaged Balaur Watcher and cut off his fake fin. When you brought the fin to the Fortuneers' manager, you received your cut of the bounty.
