Hey, hey! Shoo! Scram!

Oh, ah...hello!

I wasn't shouting at you, Daeva, just the blasted Drakes.

• "For what reason?"

Because they're terrible pests, that's why!

As the land's dried out, they've congregated near every source of water, growing bold and taking what they want. Even the spring's not safe. If I turn back to my studies for even a moment...

I fenced them out, but with their strength they'll easily tear through soon.

• "So kill a few. That works!"

I am tempted, believe me. But I am...not a warrior, really.

You're an experienced Daeva. Couldn't you help me?

It's just the ones that hover around the Mystic Spring.

• Accept.
• Decline.

Thank you.

Yes, just kill 8 Wasteland Drakes and 4 Fierce Drakes.

That should scare away the rest.

• "That sounds about right."

Clear away Drakes so Esaias can study the tainted Mystic Spring in peace.

Hope that's not your blood!

Those creatures' bills are quite sharp, and often the wounds fester.

• "Nope, it's Drake blood."

Ah, yes! The noise has already abated.

I did well asking you, dear Daeva.

Though I fear I've forgotten something.

Drakes fleeing the desert are depleting the water of the Mystic Spring, and Esaias is too busy battling them to do his work.

Since Daevas of Life are poor in combat, you drove off the Drakes for him.
