Working out here can take a toll on a Daeva.

Humans think we are always healthy, but you and I know the truth.

The heat can steal your senses, beat you down just the same as if you had not ascended!

• "I know. It'll fry your brains!"

We take turns cooking, and I can't ask all the others to eat the healthy foods that I want.

I worry that we're all losing strength. Everyone's tastes differ, and some of it is not good for us at all.

There has to be something we can all agree on, don't you think?

• "What did you have in mind?"

I think the best choice of foods might be Kselliki.

The meat of the Ksellid, the adult Kselliki, absorbs too many toxins from the desert.

But I won't know until I have some Kselliki Meat to test. Can you help me?

• Accept.
• Decline.

There are many different types of Ksellikis in the Eracus Desert. We'll have to try all of them to be sure.

Get me some meat from Desert Ksellikis, Carapace Ksellikis, Stoneshell Ksellikis, or Stonescale Ksellikis.

While you hunt, I will get things ready here.

• "All right, I'm heading out."

Obtain Kselliki Meat and take it to Acaste, who is worried about her health.

Daeva, you are just in time.

I've lined up some volunteers to test the new recipes.

Did you bring the Kselliki Meat I asked for?

• "Here's what I was able to collect."

I don't think your full belly appreciates the situation here.

There's only so much we can bring in from the fortress.

Please, I am begging you. Get me some Kselliki Meat quickly.

• "I understand."

Yes, this should do nicely.

Seems to be free of toxins, and there's enough to go around.

You may just have saved us all.

Acaste was worried that the Scouts are losing strength after working in the desert for a long time. You hunted Kselliki and gave its meat to Acaste so that she could cook for them.
