Daeva! You're back! I didn't expect to see you... I mean, uh, nice to see you again!

You must have had some Beritra’s Gazes among the fortunes I gave you.

• "Yes! What does it mean?"

Never worry, never fear! Beritra's are the rarest of the charms, which is another kind of luck if you look at it another kind of way, no? Still, if you want to get rid of it, perhaps there's something I can do.

Give me your palm again, and the Beritra’s Gaze card that you don't want.

• Accept.
• Decline.

Good. Now, just talk to me again when you've dug out that card.

• "I've got it riiiiiiight...here."

Speak to Thourak, who will exchange your bad fortune for...something.

Oh, how curious! Strange vibrations surround you almost completely. It isn't necessarily bad; a destiny nexus will always seem strange to those who are not in tune with the power.

And...wait!

• "What?"

Hmm. Seems you don't have the Beritra’s Gaze card.

Why don't you check your cube one more time, eh?

• "I'll do that."

Oh, hmm, nothing. Nothing! I just thought...no, just an old man's eyes playing tricks.

Well, here! I certainly think this suits you better than that old fortune.

Thourak was willing to take the Beritra's Gaze fortune off your hands, but in exchange he gave you a title that seemed vaguely insulting.
