Do you have siblings, Daeva? I used to go to the beach with my little brother when we were kids, and I'd bury him up to his neck in the sand... ahh, those were the days. I thought maybe we could relive those times, and I had the sailboats ready to go...

Only, our boats need repairing from last year, and monsters have made off with all the materials.

• "Well, that's inconvenient."

Yes! I had the perfect Red Planks, and they were eaten all up by Lumbering Agrints, Greenclaw Rotrons, Contaminated Terra Spirits, and Ruined Soil Spirit.

I was going to ask you to retrieve them, but that's not really in the spirit of recapturing your youth, now is it?

Oh, wait! I've had a brainwave! How about we call it a dare? You must have done some pretty outrageous dares in your time, a bold Daeva like you...

• Accept.
• Decline.

Oh, well bless your wings, Daeva! We'll get the chance to be kids again, and it'll be thanks to you!

Like I said, the Red Planks were eaten by the monsters from the Decayed Grove. Just don't ask me why I thought it would be a good idea to use that route. Shortest isn't always quickest, my old dad used to tell me. Well, I guess I am still a kid in some ways.

• "Never grow up, Tallas."

Go to the Decayed Grove and retrieve Red Planks for Tallas.

Sweet Lady Ariel! You're back! You have my planks, right? The sooner we start repairs, the sooner I can be diving off the deck of my very own sailboat into the tropical waters...

• "Here are your planks."

How did it go, Daeva? Have you even started looking for the Red Planks yet?

Or is the Decayed Grove too scary for you? Maybe next time I'll make the dare something more your speed... like standing on one leg for a minute.

• "I'm not scared, I'm just busy!"

Yes...yes, these are the Red Planks I had made. My sailboat is saved!

Thank you, Daeva! You've made my dreams come true. As soon as I fix this baby up, you're invited to come sailing with me any time you like.

Tallas had planned some childlike festivities to recapture his youth, but the planks for repairing the sailboat were stolen by monsters.

You recovered the planks, but it seems unlikely that the boat will be ready in time.
