Everything seems strange in Pandaemonium after such a long absence.

I wonder how my old friends are doing?

I wonder how Ara the poet is? I found a love letter from her in my luggage after I left Pandaemonium so long ago.

• "You should look for her."

I think perhaps I will, but I came to Pandaemonium for something else.

I want to invent a new drink--something that many different kinds of people will love.

I've created a good many drinks over the years, and they're all good, I think, but this one has to be extra special.

• "Do you know what you want?"

I thought I did, but lately I wonder if I've depended upon my own taste for too long.

I think what I need now is some other people's opinions to round out my own.

I have some people in mind...would you visit them for me and ask them about their ideal drink?

• Accept.
• Decline.

Thank you. First, I'd like to know what Traveler Selod thinks.

Venoa has a keen sense of taste, and her pub is always crowded. Ask her, too.

Finally, talk to Aprily, that hard-working Quartermaster.

• "I won't fail you."

Zero wanted to create a new drink which did not exist in Atreia. Conduct a survey to satisfy everybody's taste.

I've always been one of Zero's best customers, actually. He makes wonderful drinks--always tasty and refreshing.

I just can't understand people who are happy staying in one place. I'm always on the move, and traveling's thirsty work.

• "Do you get enough water?"

I do, but it's just so...watery.

I like drinks that are light and refreshing and especially thirst-quenching.

I guess that doesn't give Zero much to go on, but that's what I like.

• "He'll be happy to hear it."

My customers can be so demanding. Some days it takes all the fun out of this business.

I seem to remember people eating and drinking without complaining about everything. Maybe it's just me.

I do my best to provide them with the best food and drinks I can, and I serve them with a smile. Sometimes they don't make it easy, though.

• "Since you're an expert on drinks...."

I'm always looking for something new and different in the way of drinks. Things made with fruit juices are pretty popular.

If I had a new fruit-flavored drink to offer my customers, I think they'd really like that.

• "I'll tell Zero."

I'm glad you came here to conduct your survey.

The Desert Garrison is always hot, and we're always thirsty.

If I could find a new drink to get for the Archons for this weather, I'd be thrilled.

• "Good to know."

It's so hot here, sometimes the Archons actually collapse.

I guess we want something that makes us feel cool and refreshed. Can Zero do that?

• "I'll ask him."

What happened?

Did you ask people about what they wanted in a new drink?

Tell me everything.

• "Here's what I found out..."

Ah, I see it now...the taste everyone's looking for! Let me start with this...and add a bit of this...and this....

Wait just another few moments while I mix it up....

Here it is--Bubbly, cool, refreshing, and delicate as snow. I'll call it "Snow Essence!"

Zero said he wandered Atreia to create a new drink, and wanted you to study people's taste for drinks.

You travelled Asmodae to visit Selod, Venoa, and Aprily to listen to their opinions.

Zero was inspired by what you told him and created a drink called Snow Essence.
