Your work has been most impressive. And if it were just up to me, I'd have given you the title of Expert already. But that's not how things are handled on the official level.

There's one more item you're required to craft before I can give the recommendation.

• "What item is that?"

Back so far as the Millennium War, Daevas with exceptional skill were crafting tools for the fight against the Balaur. Rare and highly sought after were the Fasimedes' Noble Necklaces. And honours were bestowed upon the Handicrafters who made them.

It is a rare item that one can't easily craft. Today, we still honour Handicrafters who can. Do you think you can create one?

• Accept.
• Decline.

You are confident...not undeservedly. I've been following your progress, so I know how good you are.

Buy the design from Chiwurinerk. It's a more complicated design than the one for Fasimedes' Necklace, but I have a feeling that you're up to the task of crafting Fasimedes' Noble Necklace for me.

• "Sooner than you expect."

Utsida has a test of your skill before he can recommend you for the title of Handicrafting Expert. Make Fasimedes' Noble Necklace to prove yourself.

While teaching Daevas is the majority of my day, it allows me to nurture potential successors.

I'm always glad to see you, Daeva. Did you create Fasimedes' Noble Necklace?

• "I did indeed."

I know that you probably have many things to do. I understand.

By crafting Fasimedes' Noble Necklace, you will find honours heaped upon you and opportunities for so much more.

• "I should get back to it then."

Well done! I knew you'd have no problem making it.

Now I can recommend you as a Handicrafting Expert. I see you're good enough to be my successor.

Utsida tested your skill before he recommended you for the title of Handicrafting Expert.

You took him Fasimedes' Noble Necklace as he requested, and he said he was pleased to find someone worthy of being his successor.
