Perhaps it's time to swallow my pride. After all, it's Dirvisia whose life is at stake here.

My beloved wife. There's nothing I wouldn't do to free her, even if it means groveling to Telemachus.

• "There's more to this story...."

You're right, there is. And maybe I owe you a better explanation if I'm going to send you traipsing all the way back to Eltnen.

If I tell you, will you help me out again?

• Accept.
• Decline.

The Brigade General and I go back quite a ways. Used to be friends, believe it or not. Most men, they'd start telling you right here how it was a woman who came between us. Well, that's true, I guess, but I can't blame Dirvisia for following her heart.

And if her heart led her to choose me over him...I can hardly be blamed.

Still, I need that Stone of Restoration, and if it helps my case with Telemachus to eat a little humble pie.... You'll take care of that for me, won't you?

• "Humble pie. Right."

Tell Telemachus the petrified Legionary is Gellius's wife, and ask again for the Stone of Restoration.

Hmm. Gellius is persistent.

Well? Is it threats or wheedling?

Come on, I've been bored lately. This should be good for some entertainment at least.

• "The Stone is for Gellius's wife."

D...Dirvisia?

Here, take this! And hurry!

• "Wow. Uh...thank you!"

Did Telemachus give you the Stone of Restoration?

Out with it. Tell me what happened!

• "Amazingly, yes."

I had almost given up hope that he'd help us!

Thank you, Daeva. Now my wife can be free from her curse!

Gellius explained that the Legionary who turned to stone was his wife. He asked you to plead with Telemachus once again.

Upon hearing the new information, Telemachus gave you the Stone of Restoration without any argument.
