Do you know anything about the one called Sulinia? She has been searching for Paris for some time now.

The reason I ask is I have the Inggison Jacket, crafted personally by his skilled touch. How did I get it? It's a long story that I'll spare you for now.

But it does me no good.... It only reminds me of a lost friend. So I'd like to propose an offer to you, Elyos.

• "What is your offer?"

I have a debt to settle with the Balaur...those damned Balaur! You see, they slaughtered my family long ago. Not just my family, but countless Reian families.

My people are now small in number, and we lack the strength to stand up to Tiamat.

We need arms, armor, scrolls. For that, we need Kinah.

• "Who doesn't?"

Indeed. The Shugo pay top Kinah for Dragon Flames and Worthy Hammers--they are used in blacksmithing.

You can get them from Deserter's Legatuses, Jotun Artisans, and Jotun Creators.

If you can find enough of them for me, I will give you the Inggison Jacket. I would also like to request 200,000 Kinah from you...a start for our fund to arm ourselves against the Balaur.

• Accept.
• Decline.

Your journey will take you to the Udas Temple. Find me as many Dragon Flames and Worthy Hammers as you can carry.

I've always wondered how tenacious you Elyos could be under pressure...and this will show me.

I will give you the jacket when I determine we have enough war funds to get a sufficient start.

• "I will prove myself!"

Go to the Udas Temple and obtain the items needed by Titus.

You took much longer than I thought you would, Elyos. But that is of no worry.

Were you able to get Dragon Flames, Worthy Hammers, and 200,000 Kinah, as I asked?

• "Here's the items and Kinah."

Although it is for a worthy cause, I know the Kinah is very important to you.

It means a great deal to me that you would part with such an amount. That is why I will ask you to think it over once more before giving me 200,000 Kinah.

• "Please, take the items and Kinah."
• "I will think it over."

Elyos, I asked for Dragon Flames, Worthy Hammers, and 200,000 Kinah. Not just one or two.

Please, come back after you have procured everything I have asked for.

• "I will return."

Hmm, you have indeed brought me what I asked for. More than I could ever have hoped from a single Daeva.

But our needs are as great as your power and generosity. Could they finally have been met? I will need a moment to determine that.

If we need more, I will have to ask you for more. But if we can now be sufficiently armed...you will have the Jacket, with my deepest gratitude.

Titus said he has the Inggison Jacket crafted by Paris, and he offered to give it to you if you carry out his request.

You obtained Dragon Flames and Worthy Hammers in the Udas Temple. When you gave them to Titus, along with 200,000 Kinah, he said he will give you the Inggison Jacket when he has enough to arm his people against the Balaur.
