Here Daeva. Listen to me, I want to talk to you about something.

Our Daevas here are threatened from all directions; at times we fight for days for mere inches of territory. We face very real danger around every corner and because of that, our forces are spread thin.

Take the Fortress for example. I would love nothing more than to mobilize a legion and take the place back, but such an operation requires time and manpower, and we have neither.

• "How do the troops cope?"

Not well, unfortunately. Such a long campaign invariably dampens their spirits, but things are looking especially grim these days. Losing the Fortress only exacerbated the problems.

That should do the trick. The garrison is powerful and eliminating it will be a show of force for our side. What do you say, Daeva? Would you like to accept the challenge?

• Accept.
• Decline.

Do not take the garrison lightly. Defeating them will require coordination and determination in equal amounts. We know that all too well.

We have fought against them many times, you see, but that has only made them stronger. Now they can stand toe to toe with our finest Guardians.

Gather your Legion before you go. You won't survive alone.

• "If you insist. Faith and arms, Centurion."

Gather your companions and eliminate the garrison at the Krotan Refuge, then report back to Centurion Menelaus.

You aren't one of those people, are you?

• "No, I have done as you asked."

Excellent work!

Perhaps now the others will allow themselves to hope for an end to this conflict. I'll make sure the news is passed down as soon as possible.

Thank you, Daeva. I Hope you'll be willing to help us again sometime.

Centurion Menelaus was worried that the morale of his Guardians had been falling following the loss of the Krotan Refuge to the enemy, and asked you to help raise their spirits by defeating some of the enemy.

You returned after defeating the garrison as the Centurion asked, at which point Menelaus asked for more help in the future.
