To activate the Artefact of Transcendence requires immense power. Specifically, we need to infuse Balaur energy into the Activation Stone.

Also, Aetheric power that transcends time and space would be handy.

• "So, where do I get this cosmic mojo?"

You can obtain Blue Balaur Scales occasionally by defeating Balaur in Reshanta.

They will infuse the necessary power into a Temporal Stone.

Go on, get to it! Those Blue Balaur Scales won’t collect themselves!

• Accept.
• Decline.

Then fetch some Blue Balaur Scales and take them to Maloren at the Kishar Observation Post.

Blue Balaur Scales are only found on highly ranked Balaur, like those guarding artefacts. If they can go toe-to-toe with you, Daeva, then you’re in the right place.

You can also check the Indratu Barracks in Heiron.

Or talk to Heiron’s general goods merchant Aririnirerk.

I just wanted to say good luck. We’re all counting on you, Daeva.

May Ariel’s protection go with you.

• "I'll get going."

Special materials are needed to go to Dark Poeta. Collect Blue Balaur Scales.

Back at last!

I've been waiting for you, Daeva, since I got Jucleas's order.

Did you bring the materials to imbue the Temporal Stone?

• “I did indeed."

Didn’t Nani tell you anything?

You have to procure Blue Balaur Scales to empower a Temporal Stone.

Collect Blue Balaur Scales and take them to Maloren.

It’s not like you’re whipping up some biscuits! You’re changing reality!

• "I'm sorry! I'll make this right."

(Casting a spell.) It’s time... or it will have been time... or wait. The grammar for time-travel descriptions is always suspect.

Well, that’s it. Take this Temporal Stone. The Artefact of Transcendence can return you to Dark Poeta.

If you have need to go back yet again, save yourself some grief and bring me the materials ahead of time.

I guess this is it. Faith and arms, Daeva!

Nani said you use the Artefact of Transcendence in Heiron to travel to Dark Poeta.

To activate the Artefact of Transcendence, Blue Balaur Scales are required. You collected the materials and took them to Maloren.
