Have you ever had a nightmare about falling? You get tired, and your wings won't hold you up anymore.

Down, down, down you go. Through the centre of the world, out the other side, and still falling through the starfields.

Unable to control your descent. Unable to breathe. Alone.

• "Too many times to count."

Now that I can see what's happening in Raksang, that nightmare's been coming to me every night.

I saw the signs, of course, and tried to warn my people and yours...but no one listened. Scholarly status be balfired.

The Synthral Wardens have been mining that Ore Stratum for a long time. So long that the ground can barely support their weight. And they're just spirits! We must stop this.

• Accept.
• Decline.

If Raksang collapses, all of us will be in danger.

Shock waves will ripple across Atreia as Raksang quakes its way into the ground.

Please put an end to the Balaur Guardians in the Mineral Sedimentary Stratum.

• "Blood for blood!"

According to Kenros’s report, Raksang is on the brink of ruin. He has therefore asked you to drive the Balaur Ghosts out of the mineral deposits without delay. You should help him.

My friends and family live around here, you know. Whenever the ground trembles, even a little, I think about what will happen to them.

What will happen to your loved ones when the magma bubbles forth?

• "Nothing. Because I stopped the mining."

Reian Seismologist Kenros said that Raksang verges on catastrophic collapse. The cause is millenia of mining by Balaur, who didn't stop even when turned to ghosts!

Convinced and horrified by his explanation, you eliminated the miners...but you couldn't repair the unstable ground you walked on.
