Korumonerk's fortunes have changed so much since meeting Daeva. Such kindness Daeva has shown to a poor Shugo.

But with Shugo Craftsman's Pauldrons missing, there is only shame for him, nyerk.

Daeva has helped so much, possibly would do so again?

• "What do you need now?"

One last thing to recover. One last trip to the Kaidan Headquarters, as part of our secret.

One more Changanerk Wooden Box, with Shugo Craftsman's Pauldrons inside.

Korumonerk hopes with all his being that Daeva will say yes.

• Accept.
• Decline.

Yes! YES! The tip of Korumonerk's tail quivers, and his tongue itches to say more.

But first, Daeva must bring back Shugo Craftsman's Pauldrons.

And more Krall Molars as well...I will leave it all to you, Daeva.

• "We will talk when I return."

Go to the Kaidan Headquarters to eliminate Krall, retrieve the stolen Pauldrons, gather Krall Molars and return to Korumonerk.

Twenty-seven, twenty eight. White like pearl and hard as slate. Twenty-nine....

Daeva has returned! Korumonerk was...counting blessings.

Greatly increased since meeting Daeva. More so when items are returned, yes?

• "We really need to talk...."

Not yet time. Tasks is not complete, yes?

One item remains. Korumonerk has truths for Daeva, but only in exchange for Shugo Craftsman's Pauldrons and Krall Molars.

This is how it must be, nyerk.

• "Do not move from this spot until I return."

Akakak, Daeva has kept all promises! Korumonerk now reveals greatest truth.

Shoes, gloves, pauldrons. Not ordinary, not product of Shugo Craftsman for commission. Items are greatest treasures of Changanerk Traders, entrusted to Korumonerk as test of loyalty.

Great sorrow at deceptions, could not trust Daeva without full knowing of intent. Korumonerk will not forget; Daeva has earned respect and friendship.

Korumonerk said he had also lost some Pauldrons, and asked you to return to the Kaidan Headquarters and fetch them as well.

When you disposed of the Krall and returned with what he had asked for, Korumonerk confessed the astonishing truth.

The shoes, gloves and pauldrons were in fact the three great treasures of the Changanerk Traders, and he couldn't tell the truth for fear you would take them for yourself.
