I assumed you would be, Daeva.

Like I said, you'll have to do the legwork yourself, but that shouldn't be too difficult for a Daeva of your calibre.

Sound good?

• Accept.
• Decline.

I mentioned a few things that I would need first--Vorpal Essence, a Shulack Special Refiner and a Blessed Aurium Ingot. A powerful Balaur sealed somewhere in the Beshmundir Temple has the Vorpal Essence.

As for the Special Shulack Refiner, I hear a Shulack captured by the Nightshade Clan has it. And while you're there, see if you can buy the Blessed Aurium Ingot...it's a Shulack mineral. Quite expensive, too.

When you have gathered all the materials, bring them to the furnace in Debilkarim's Forge and forge them well. You will end up with the Essence of Siel crystal. Bring that to me and I will do the rest.

• "That's quite a list!"

Gefeios said it is possible to improve your Noble Siel's Supreme Polearm. Gather the materials and refine them at Jotun Studio.

How is that Noble Siel's Supreme Polearm serving you, my Elyos friend? It looks like she has seen better days and one too many battles.

Perhaps it's time to upgrade it? Perhaps you are ready to carry Siel's Dominant Polearm?

I ask for nothing in return, but you alone must obtain the needed items and refine the weapon yourself.

• "I am intrigued."

You already have a weapon being worked on, Daeva. I cannot do two things at once!

It gets too confusing for me. I forget what ingredient goes where, how much to add, which is which...far too confusing.

Let us just focus on the one weapon for now, shall we?

• "We'll focus on the one weapon."

I assumed it would take you longer, Daeva...much longer.

I am impressed...the Jotun Studio is a place few dare to tread upon.

Let us see what kind of essence you managed to create.

• "Here's the essence."

Daeva, I know you are eager to upgrade your weapon, but the horse pulls the cart. Not the other way around. Everything in its order.

You must obtain the Vorpal Essence, Special Shulack Refiner, and Blessed Aurium Ingot first.

Then go to the Jotun Studio and prepare the Essence of Siel.

• "I knew I missed something."

This Essence of Siel is both sharp and crisp...very good work. Your weapon will become quite potent.

(He places the Essence of Siel into an iron bowl and prepares it.)

There, it is done. You now have Siel's Dominant Polearm, Daeva. May her force quell any foe before you.

Gefeios said it is possible to improve your Noble Siel's Supreme Polearm.

So you obtained Vorpal Essence, Special Shulack Refiner, and Blessed Aurium Ingot, and you brought them to the Jotun Studio to make a crystal called the Essence of Siel.

When you brought the Essence of Siel to Gefeios, he made you Siel's Dominant Polearm.
