Then...it is happenstance that I must...thank. It is not important, Daeva. What is important...is your presence.

Creatures crawl under my very skin. I can feel them eating away...stripping bark from body, running riot in...my very soul. They do not listen to me, Daeva. Their mutations...have deafened them to nature's...call....

They have captured others like you. They have captured friends of the Elim. The...Reians. They need your help....

• Accept.
• Decline.

Ahhh...good....

These Reians...are in the Writhing Cocoons. The marauding insects have used strong nets and...webbing for the shell, but there is a way to...free them....

You must kill Shishir. Its acid...is potent. Kill it, and use Shishir's Corrosive Fluid on...the cocoon. It is the only way....

• "I'll go now."

(You see hands moving around inside the cocoon, and hear the cries of panic.)

• "Stand back! I'm getting you out!"

Taloc's Soul appeared to you and asked you to save the Reian Tribe trapped inside the cocoons. Bring Shishir's Acid.

Thank you. Thank...you....

Must have heard my cries...singing with the passing breeze. Must have....

• "Simple happenstance brought me here."

(The hand prints move back, and the calls for help have stopped.)

(Oh no! You need Shishir's Corrosive Fluid!)

• "Damn! Hold on!"

(You pour some of the fluid onto the cocoon.)

(The shell starts fizzing and smoking almost instantly! It's working! Taloc was right!)

While inside Taloc, the great Elim's soul appeared and thanked you for coming to help him.

He asked you to save the Reian tribesmen trapped within the great cocoons. You defeated the insect Shishir and used its acid to free the Reians.
