I just saw your name mentioned in the guards' reports. It seems you helped them kill some Spirits along the Fall Road.

• "It was nothing, really...."

Not at all! On behalf of the Observatory, I thank you.

But there's someone else who won't be nearly so pleased.

• "Who?"

Hreidmar rather likes those Spirits, and he's not nearly so fond of Asmodians! He thinks we disturb the natural order of things.

So I'm going to send you to Hreidmar to explain things.

• Accept.
• Decline.

You're quite brave, aren't you? He'll be at the lake near the Fall Road.

Explain that we had to thin out the Spirit population a bit, to reduce the threat to Humans.

I'll just wait here for you to come back....

• "Thanks a lot!"

Meet with Hreidmar about the Spirits that you killed.

What do you want, killer of Spirits?

Don't bother denying it...I can smell their deaths on you.

• "I hope when I explain...."

If you thought to persuade me with that pitiful excuse, you have miscalculated.

You Asmodians are a selfish and stupid tribe, with no regard for anyone other than yourselves.

Tell this to the rest of your kind--if this thing happens again...there will not be another warning.

• "I'll tell them."

Ah, welcome back, Daeva. Good to see you again.

So how did it go with Hreidmar? Do we have an understanding?

• "Not exactly, no...."

That does sound ominous! And here you are, Daeva, caught in the middle for trying to help.

Take this. It's the least you deserve.

Tyr, the Aetheric Field Protector, asked you to go to Hreidmar and seek his understanding about the hunting of Spirits.

You met Hreidmar and tried to explain, but he became angry and warned the Asmodians to leave the Spirits alone.
