I know what you're thinking, Daeva.

"How come this fellow has set up business in such a dangerous place? Is he committed to helping the pilgrims or does he know something I don't?"

Don't get me wrong, I like the pilgrims just fine, but I do know a little secret about this region....

• "What's that?"

If I told you, it wouldn't be a secret, would it?!

Hmm...well, maybe I'll cut you in, you being a Daeva and all. Did you see any of those rock clusters on your way in? The ones that chase after you and try to club you to death?

They're called Broken Rock Kalgolems and they are the reason that I set up shop here.

• "I don't understand...."

I like what's inside them. Or, more importantly, I know people who do and who are willing to pay, if you know what I'm saying.

Take the golem down, then fish for the Kalgolem Essence inside. I couldn't do it, but a Daeva like you...

If you help me out, I'll cut you in real good. What do ya say?

• Accept.
• Decline.

Great! Go and smash up any Broken Rock Kalgolems you find on Altamia Ridge, and don't forget to scrape out the Kalgolem Essence.

I've got advance orders to meet, so I'll need at least eight. These people pay in advance, and I can't keep them waiting.

You won't take too long over this, will you?

• "I'll be quick."

Ibion, a general goods merchant, has a buyer for Kalgolem Essence. Hunt Broken Rock Kalgolems on Altamia Ridge and bring their Essences to him.

Hail, the conquering hero!

Your cube has to be stuffed full of Kalgolem Essence by now, right?

• "Here's what I've got."

You've got nothing. Where are my eight doses of Kalgolem Essence? I have people waiting.

They're important people. Connected people. People who don't like to be let down.

You're risking my reputation here, Daeva.

• "I'll be right back."

Great work! Eight doses of fresh Kalgolem Essence, straight from the heart of the rock.

Here's your share of the profits!

Don't make a fuss. Business is business, and I'm paying you the going rate.

Ibion, the general goods merchant of Altamia Ridge, offered you a good price for Kalgolem Essence. You hunted Broken Rock Kalgolems on Altamia Ridge, and brought him their Essences.
